The charts below show the results of a survey of adult education. The first chart shows the reasons why adults decide to study. The pie chart shows how people think the costs of adult education should be shared.
Write a report for a university lecturer, describing the information shown below.

The bar chart illustrates the number of justifications on why adults chose to study, and the pie chart measures the way of payment of adult education. Both are measured by percentage. Overall, it can be seen that interest in the subject is the greatest reason. It also can be seen that the major costs are shared in an individual way.

Turning first to interesting in the subject and gaining qualifications had the highest number, at around more than 35%, whereas helping for current job, improvement prospects of promotion, and enjoying study were only one-fifths. Accounting for a slightly lower amount was the ability to changing the job and meeting people around 10%, far lower than the major reason.

On the other hand, the individual way was considerably higher than for all another method, at two-fifths, whilst employer was less five percent than that. The taxpayer was the lowest proportion in all these areas, just a quarter out of a hundred percent.
